Our beef is sold nose-to-tail. Here's what's in your 1/8 Cow pack:
1/8 of the whole animal generally includes:
- 3–4 packs of T-bone
- 3–4 packs of rump
- 2+ rib-eye on the bone
- 1 eye fillet
- 3–4 packs of y-bone
- 2 silversides
- 1 each of the roasts (topside roast, blade roast, rolled rib roast)
- 1 brisket
- 2–3 packs each of diced beef and beef strips
