Our 1/4 Cow fills your freezer with grass-fed / grass-finished cuts from a single cow — slow-grown on family-tended pasture in the Northern Tablelands NSW, ready for months of meals around your table. The quiet confidence of opening your freezer and knowing good food is already there.
Our beef is sold nose-to-tail. Here's what's in your 1/4 Cow pack:
1/4 of the whole animal generally includes:
- 5–7 packs of T-bone
- 6–8 packs of rump
- 4+ rib-eye on the bone
- 2 eye fillets
- 5–7 packs of y-bone
- 3–4 silversides
- 1–2 each of the roasts (topside roast, blade roast, rolled rib roast)
- 1–2 briskets
- 4–6 packs each of diced beef and beef strips
- 4–6 packs of osso bucco
- 3–4 packs of ribs
- 4–6 packs of BBQ steak
- 5–7kg each of mince and sausages
