A Whole Cow is the most direct line from our farm to your kitchen. Every named cut from a single animal — slow-grown on family-tended pasture in the Northern Tablelands NSW — sized to feed a family of 4 for around 12 months, or to anchor a 2–3 household syndicate. Grass-fed / grass-finished Premium Black Angus, traceable to one place, ready for months of meals around your table. Preferences welcome — tell us how you like your cuts.
Our beef is sold nose-to-tail. Here's what's in your Whole Cow pack:
The whole animal generally includes:
- 20–28 packs of T-bone
- 22–32 packs of rump
- 16+ rib-eye on the bone
- 6–8 eye fillets
- 20–28 packs of y-bone
- 12+ silversides
- 6+ each of the roasts (topside roast, blade roast, rolled rib roast)
- 4–8 briskets
- 16–20 packs each of diced beef and beef strips
